Description:
Bloom Gel Clear is THE BEST clear blooming gel base layer on the market! It works with all kinds of colored gel polishes and is perfect for Fluid Art!
Directions:
- Apply one coat of Bloom Gel to a finished nail surface, be sure to apply very thin, its packed with pigment
- Cure
- Apply one more thin coat (do not cure this coat)
- Add in your gel color and allow it to spread for a few seconds
- Cure
- Apply a topcoat
Cure time: 30 secs LED, 120 secs UV lamp.
