This glitter looks fantastic encapsulated in hard gel, acrylic, OR hand placed into wet gel polish for all kinds of artistic designs that will blow your client's mind. (Be sure to check out Twinkle's NEW sister - "Cupcake" - same glitter size and shape, but made with pastel pearlescent colors!!)
Twinkle is a super-high quality glitters, and made with cosmetic grade films, and it will not fade, dull or run when used with gel or acrylic.
